This kit utilizes the native vehicle signal for superior audio quality. Since your vehicle did not ship with a factory subwoofer, that signal output is currently disabled. To finalize the installation, a simple one-time activation using FORScan is required to "wake up" this channel, ensuring your new subwoofer performs exactly as intended by the original audio engineers.
